NOTE: if you are an AOL user, we can not guarantee you will receive a reply to your inquiry do to the rather questionable business practices of AOL in reference to email replies from small business. AOL spam blocking tools occasionally filter out replies with no warning to our customers. We reply to EVERY valid email sent. But we’ve noticed an increasingly large number of dropped replies to customer with AOL addresses. If you have a problem, consider taking it up with AOL or moving to a service more business friendly.
