Features a M700 Stainless Steel barreled action with a 26 inch R5 Mil-Spec barrel, the same type rifling used in the M-24 sniper rifles. Varmint barrel with 1:10 inch twist rate with five lands and grooves and eleven degree target crown. Stock has aluminum bedding in block in standard VS configuration. NOW with Remingtons X-MARK PRO TRIGGER!

I bought this rifle with big expectations to have a target-quality tactical-style rifle out of the box, and it did not disappoint. After breaking in, I fired several 3 shot groups at 100yds w/ standard 150gr Winchester powerpoint ammo, expecting decent results, but remaining cautiously optimistic. It was unbelievable, none of my groups were over 1 inch. My best group was just over 1/2 inch w/ the cheapest out-of-the-box ammo I could buy! I couldn't wait to get some match ammo and really test this bad boy. Sadly, my house was burglarized 5 days later and my new rifle was stolen. Without a doubt, I will be purchasing another one just like it as soon as the insurance check comes through (along with a gun safe).
