At the heart of every Reserve Series over-and-Under is an underlock design, box-lock action for superior strength and low profile. Low profile barrels are positioned lower in the receiver and in closer alignment to the shooter's eyes and hands. So when you shoulder the gun, you'll almost instinctively be right on target! Precision machining keeps the action completely closed, keeping dirt and other unwanted debris out of the receiver, helping to reduce wear and maintenance. Manual extractors provide a smooth, effortless operation of the action, while serving as an environmentally friendly way of keeping spent hulls from littering the range or hunting fields.
