TNW Firearms - Semi-Auto 1919A4, .30-06 or .308

TRIPOD NOT INCLUDED. This is the last year of 1919 A4/A6 production at TNW. We are now in our final production run of the famous .30Cal semi-auto. Our guns are made of the original 1934 armored U.S. G.I. Parts kits! Over the years, many companies have tried to copy us in the production of their Israeli guns. It has been interesting to watch those companies come and go as they released shoddy imitations of the real thing. Only one company's products have held their value - TNW FIREARMS. If you have ever thought about investing in our history, the time is now. TNW will still be supporting the market place with all internal firing parts and limited overrun of completed side plates. Our production staff is hard at work on the next generation of TNW products and will be releasing some collectable items in near future. The Browning Model 1919 was the work horse of the U.S. and allied armies. They were used in aircraft, tanks and front line infantry and saw action from WWII through Vietnam. This modified original Browning 1919-A4 has been remanufactured using genuine G.I. parts to shoot semi-auto only and can not be converted to full-auto. This firearm is BATF approved and may be legally owned like any other rifle and in all fifty states.

Own a Piece of U.S. History

TNW came through. After reading a load about what M1919A4s suffered the least problems, I decided to get the TNW version. Fit and finish was flawless and the weapon looks brand new. Most parts are stamped with pre-war US spec numbers. On TNWs advice, I ordered the .308 version and a spare .30-06 barrel and booster. This allows a quick change from .308 to .30-06, meaning if suplus ammo suplies runs short in one caliber, I can switch to the other. The .30-06 gun would need a small modification to switch to .308, so getting the .308 upfront saved me the hassle of returning it to the factory for the mod. Operation was flawless. I removed the .308 barrel and booster, installed the .30-06 barrel and booster and hit the range with 100 rounds on a belt. There were no jams or misfires. The trigger was decent and broke at a reasonable rate. Accuracy was good. The only issue I saw was the last round on a belt would not feed, which is the only reason I didn't give this a 5 out of 5 stars. Other than that, we went through two belts of 50 rounds each, in about five minutes with out flaw in feed, operation, or overheating. Love the gun. Even my wife enjoyed shooting it! My ammo budget is going to go through the roof!
