Admin on 10/17/2006, said: Some weapon systems are better served with quickly removed rings. The M4 flat top with back up iron sights, the Mark 12 Mod series of SPR, any rifle with back up iron sights. I used the ARMS#22M on my SPR and they've proven as strong as they are reliable. They clamp solidly to the receiver rail and have not shifted under recoil. They allow removal with return to zero.
