1946 Luscombe 8A converted to 8A/E. 2933 TTAF, 585 SMOH. Non-electric but electric capable with Continental C-85-12F (with electrical accessory case). All cylinders test 76/80 to 78/80. Strong motor, starts on first pull. McHauly cruise prop. New Seats installed 2008. Aircraft in excellent mechanical condition. Converted from 8A to 8E specs with Continental C-85-12F and two 12.5 gallon wing tanks. All pullys and cables replaced in the late 1990s. Cables are stainless steel braid. Hangered most of the last 10 years. Aircraft in original polished aluminum. Paint stripe shows wear. Wings recovered in 1998. New windscreen in 2007. New tires in 2008. Has EAA Auto fuel STC but we use 100LL since there is no Auto fuel available locally without additives. Aircraft has VFR panel.
